An article has been submitted a journal a week ago. Now it shows "Partly reviewed". What does it mean?

Whoever is to review it has started the task but has not yet finished.

For some journals, especially scientific journals, more than one reviewer is assigned. This could mean that not all of the reviewers have submitted a review.
