goldfish

Hey I'm new here. I have a goldfish who just laid eggs. I am keeping the male and female toghether with the eggs, just for a few days so that the male can do his things that he must do... But now the female fish is losing her scales??? can i put "kill ick" in the tank along with the eggs and the other fish?? im scared of losing my fish all together..., will the desease spread? Will the " kill ick" kill the eggs?

Any advice ?? Please.
