i have some golden fish and there is something like white threads coming from them i don't know what that really is like are these their wastes or what?? and i am noticing hat my fish is getting fat and she's being always in the buttom of the tank does this means that she is praparing to lay egg or what?

If it's coming from the back end and is continuous or very frequent then it is constipated/over fed. (The amount of food you should give them can be determined by how ever much they eat within 5 minutes of feeding)
If it's on the body itself it could well be a fungal infection usually quite easily treated.
