I'd think again about 18, 26, and 29 (and you don't have an answer for 22, and I'm not sure what the Brits call a can, probably a "tin"--they were originally called tin cans, presumably the Brits kept the first half and we kept the second.) Kinda like "soda pop", Midwesterners and Southerners kept the second half, Easterners kept the first.

18. "High time" suggests that he's finally doing something. "Has been learning" suggests that he's been doing it for a while. It's high time that he learnt (learned) more manners.

21. You don't rise ticket prices. You raise them.

26. Although your answer isn't totally wrong, I would say, "You are not the only one who didn’t hear the news. I didn’t hear it either."

I think there's a mistake somewhere. Questions 26 and 29 are the same.

BTW, the past tense of rise is rose, not rised. Rised isn't a word.
