okay i have this friend he's my bestie and we went out couple months ago and i still have feelings for him how should i explane this to him????

You shouldn't. You went out a couple of months ago and your "bestie"
hasn't asked you since. This should be an indication that there is no repeat date.

maybe he's alittle shy... dont approach him so forwardly.... ask him if he wants to chill.... get his reaction.... dont rush it because you may push him away and you wont be able to get him back.....
