Well, lots of folks in Texas would say, "that fruit ain't no good."

But it's not considered "proper" English.

In order to do it accurately, I believe that we'd have to know the intended meaning.

Do you mean "fruit in general" or some specific fruit --> "only the fruit is rotten"?
