pregnancy or menstruation?

I haven't got my period since april 25 and I already got a test and it was negative ok and like I had unprotected sex july 3rd and 4 but he didn't come in me and like I took the test july 8 so if I got prego those days it wld be negative and now last mon thru thurs I was spotting pink and then brown and now I wake up dizzy and nauseous and like my whole body feels super hot and my nipples r dark and I have yellow discharge. Down there... What do u think? And I have a lot of acid reflex
