hi / has any one every tried ostero essentials? fosomax is not agreeing with me i really would like to go with all natural , i was just told i have ostroperosis about a month ago . I go to the dr. tomorrow and have no idea what to ask for seems i am not taking fosomax . I have boosted cal. and vid D intake but do not think i eat right or excerise enough . any feed back would be great , thanks PM

You are asking various people on a website that is world wide for medical advice. Really, wacko stuff comes up.

Some of us know some things about medicine, but you should be talking with your m.d., or, if not him or her, the website from you nearest university medical center.

Talk straight to your doctor, and wait for answers, and ask more questions.
