Give time for grief, and then do things. After grief, it only stays broken so long as you focus on it. Doing things takes your focus away from thinking about it.
Also, think about what it is to respect yourself. By knowing what it is to respect yourself, you will see the relationship and the breakup for what it truly is, and means in the big sceam of things.
Lastly, take control of your life - that includes not speaking in child speak on forums. Fears are natural. Overcoming them is difficult but possible if you truly desire such.
