I have asked this before and it seems the "remember me" control doesn't work for me and every time I come here after only a brief time away I have to reset my password. Please if anyone knows why this it happening, why?

@William,
Depends on which browser you are using. i.e. in Internet Explorer you would go to tools then privacy and check the setting there.

I use firefox predominately. Is there a difference in the settings? If so what should I do to remedy this particular problem using firefox?

@William,
Click on the Tools-menu in Firefox
Click on the Options... item in the menu - a new window opens
Click on the Privacy selection in the left part of the window.
Expand the Cookies section.
Check the Enable cookies and Accept cookies normally checkboxes.
Save changes by clicking Ok

You may need to reboot afterwards

There is no "ENABLE COOKIES" OR "ACCEPT COOKIES" only accept cookies from other sites. Is that the same?

@William,
Are you clicking log out or just exiting the browser? Try just exiting rather than hitting log out.

Normally I just save and quit not entirely finished with my browsing. I will give it a try and observe what happens then, and thanks.

Now how do I "log out"? Usually I just go to the "X" in the top far right corner. Is there another way to leave other than that?

Just to be sure I am understanding what the problem is, when you say "reset my password," are you saying you have to login and re-enter your password? Or, are you saying that you have to go through the "lost password" process of requesting it be sent to you and then having to go to an email and click on a link to change your password?

They are two entirely different problems. The first is something you control on your computer, the second is something controlled by the A2K software.

If it is the first situation, Intrepid is steering you in the right direction.

If it is the second situation, you need to scroll down to the bottom of this page and click on the Contact Us link to open a help ticket so the administrator can resolve the problem for you.

No apology necessary, thank you for the effort. My inadequately expressing the problem was my fault. I submitted a ticket and I will see how that turns out.
