@FedUpAmerican,
His numbers are wrong, I can't speak for every month but even liberal media sources reported that July 07 deaths were lower then July 06 deaths

US Casualties By Calendar Year
Year US Deaths US Wounded
2003 486 2408
2004 849 8002
2005 846 5948
2006 822 6398
2007 750 4430
Total 3753 27186

We still have a little less than 4 months to go
Looks like we'll easily "exceed" US deaths, by years' end....I'd wait and see, were I you.

Do you have anything to support your statement???

I check out several media sources, both lib and con, and all that I have seen claim otherwise.

I revised it, and the death tool is still ridiculously low by war standards, you failed to mention that

@FedUpAmerican,
His numbers are quite accurate, as almost month per month we have lost MORE soldiers so far than preceding months.

@FedUpAmerican,
"I also call on you not to hate the peoples of the other countries that attacked us and differentiate between the decision-makers and peoples. Anyone who repents - whether in Iraq or abroad - you must forgive him." -- Saddam Hussein, from his last letter before execution.

I couldn't help but think that if Jr. was in the same predicament he'd be throwing a childish little temper tantrum screaming "but I'm the decider, I'm the decider!" And Karl Rove would be in the cell next to him agreeing, "yes Mr. President, they can't hang the decider... now just sign this letter Condi wrote for you." :wtf:

@FedUpAmerican,
US Casualties By Calendar Year
Year US Deaths US Wounded

2003 486 2408

2004 849 8002 up

2005 846 5948 down

2006 822 6398 down

2007 750 4430 down
Total 3753 27186

Am I reading this list wrong?
I see deaths going down from 2004, thus disputing the statement that more troops equals more deaths.

@FedUpAmerican,
If you mean my source, I just copied the original ( from Aaronssongs by way of 92's source ) and highlighted the numbers in question.
Doesn't that list show a slight downward trend?
