Comics always go for the obvious joke and exagerate them for effect....but thats hardly the point...Jimmy carter had a high IQ and was one of the worse presidents in recent memory....The problem with the Bush presidency comes when he repeatedly makes obvious mistakes and refuses to anything different...His methods are so flawed it doesn't matter how smart he is or isn't

But no one made a freaking show about Carter. Oh, and you know where those SAT's got him? Yale. John Kerry went there too and majored in the same thing, and later criticized Bush's intelligence much like those producers, but Kerry actually averaged lower at Yale.
