That article makes a really great point. They think they are setting a precedent, tell other players don't screw with us or we will screw with you. Really it is not like every player is gonna "call in sick" every other week if they let this slide. I am proud of Kreidler. He did the RIGHT thing, he did what a real man should do. He stepped up to the plate when his family need him. To me that makes him a great role model shining through all the bullshit that currently exists in the sports world.

Its really not petty Cam, most people dont get paid for bereavement.
