It's called spin the Democrat.

The whole proposal is a complete sham. How on earth do they expect they are going to adhere to a 3 teir immigrant system and grant amnesty, when there is no way to document how long any have been here. I would bet that it would be just as easy to produce "proof" that one had been here for 5 years, as it would to produce "proof" they have been here for 5 months. And if they give sweeping anmesty, once they realize they can not reasonably adhere to their system, can you imagine the hit our economy is going to take? We are effectively going to absorb 20 million illegals, and turn into a 1st rate third world nation within a decade. Politicians are being pushed around be radical mexican lobbist, and subcuming to it for votes. DO you really think that some how, all those illegals are just going to all of a sudden want to become citizens, and start paying taxes, and be forced to learn english, and buy a residence? No, if that was their intention, it would have already happened, as millions of LEGAL immigrants have already done. They come here, to make money, and send it back to mexico, they do not want to be citizens, but they sure want what being a citizen entitles. As I believe Pinoc said before, if this were 20 million scandanavian illegals, we'd have armed gaurds escorting them out of our country.
