@briansol,
He was a staunch and heroic ally. If Britain thinks it'll be better off with a PM who practices appeasement toward radical Islam, it's in for a world of hurt. It's society is thoroughly infested with Muslims, many of whom have nothing but contempt for the West, despite the great standard of living it has afforded them. It's Britain's choice. :dunno:

@briansol,
he was a great ally, I doubt the next guy will be as "on board" with our policies as he was. But hell, we picked up a hawkish PM in France, I guess it's just ebb and flow

I don't see the French ever helping us out much in the Middle East.

@briansol,
The French don't like the Brits. Never have. We're close to Britain, obviously, and generally irritate the French on that basis. They suffer massively from penis envy, too.

@briansol,
I want to see Prince Harry become DIRTY HAIRY, THE SEQUEL, in Iraq. I want that rosy-cheeked lad to do some serious killing, Dirty Hairy-style.

@briansol,
It's a shame and a great loss, both to Britain and us.

@briansol,
When Iraq falls to Al Qaeda, the West will grieve, suffer, and eventually have to re-invade. Victory is the only solution. But, to be victorious, we have to kill more of enemy.

@briansol,
Guess that explains why he can't afford to keep his 1997 Crysler which is going on ebay's auction block in the next few weeks.

@briansol,
I know what you mean. But I had the opposite problem. I cried every time Clinton dropped his pants to be serviced by Monica, on the job, in the White House. I couldn't believe he disrespected the Presidency, the American People, his wife, daughter and family institution to such a great extent.

@briansol,
He sullied the U.S. Presidency and profoundly hurt many. But anyway....it's pointless to discuss it now. Dems will always idolize him, even to the extent of electing his wife to the Presidency, knowing Slicky Boy will be the real power behind the throne. Also, what Slick did transcended his sex life. For me, it was much bigger than that. It was about his character as our leader, and his contempt for the nation he led. I think deep down, Clinton only loves himself, and for that, he was a horrible president, and a very bad person.

You said you laugh whenever you think of Bush. I said I cry whenever I think of Clinton.

How intelligent do you think Mrs Clinton thought Bill was when he was sticking a cigar up Monica's crack? How articulate was Bill in his speech when he lied to the American public? Intelligent, articulate, i'll give him that but that don't change the fact that he is a lying cheat!!!
