Dear Diary,

Today I learned, sadly, that a friend is very ill. Although it saddens me, I know that she will do everything she can to stay tough and determined. My thought are with her as I write this.

Take nothing and no one for granted.

Disrespect? How can you respect someone who routinely insults our intelligence as responsible and competent Americans, and clearly has no clue how to govern from the center (mindful of both Democratic and Republican constituents, and their points of view), and arrogantly pursues his own agenda, without considering anyone. Clearly, the American public was behind him when he made the case for war, with the notion , backed with "credible" intel that Saddam possessed WMD.....only to be revealed as a bald faced lie, with no gameplan following Saddam's overthrow. Incompetent. Misguided. Arrogant. Reckless. Inflexible. Stupid. Ignorant. And on and on.
He is the absolute worse thing to happen to America outside of the attack of 9/11, bar none. And I pray, nightly, for him to be impeached and thrown under the jail.
How how could it possibly be partisanship when members of his own party are distancing themselves from him.....his good old boys have even jumped ship....and you can count the remaining members on one hand. Where is the partisanship...you, once again are clueless.

I do not, as you have said, "hate most of America", just as you assure us you wish no harm to happen to Hillary Clinton (at least not of your making, so you say)...and I consider myself a "humanist", so you, once again, ad infinitum, are "barking up the wrong tree".
I never solicited your help. I wouldn't, even if I were to need it, which I don't. You can't even help yourself, let alone anyone here.

Of course we ridicule each other. That's part of the fun. Worked for a guy in the military who once said, during an MRE-lunch on the hood of his HUMV in the Mojave, training, "Unfortunately, the only way to stay sane out here is to fug with people." I hated to admit it, privately, but he was right.
