I havnt recently been diagnosed with afew different cancers. All are internal but I cannot afford treatment as I am a 16 year old girl who lives out of home and recently had to quit my job due to being sick.
If anyone has any alternate therapies that are cheap, could you please contact me on
[email protected]
Thankyou very much.
Who diagnosed the cancers?
Local docter, that i was lucky to find with the faciltys that bulk bills.
I dont know how bad or how far they have spread, but all i know is that its there.
I live in australia
I know that here lack of finance should not be a hindrance to recieving proper treatment. I'll do some checking for you.
Public hospitals are free here! (but then - you'd know that.) Get along there.
Where are these hospitals! I seriously have never even been to one in my life apart from when I was born. Nor to a docter apart from acouple of months ago, and I figured if there was facilities like that I would of been refferd to them by the docter I saw. This is all very new to me.
Thankyou heaps for this infomation. Atleast some one is letting me know!
All public hospitals in Australia are free - your doctor would have referred you to one, if he felt you needed it.
Go to the accident and emergency department of your nearest hospital!
This thread makes no sense! If you are in Australia and you have a medicare card (ie your a citizen) then there is no way a doctor would diagnose you with internal cancers and NOT refer you immediately!
What's going on here!?!
This is what I dont understand, I have ovisoulsy been to the worng docter. But since I have last posted I found a place callled a family planning clinc who has refferd me to places i can go for treatment and I even have a medicare card.
I seriously feel like i am from another country the way you are all talking. But seriously thankyou. I was never told. It now makes no sence to me why I wasnt taken seriously and not refferd in the first place. But fingers crossed all will go well now. I have been opened up to a whole new world.
Good luck, child.
Keep us posted on your condition.
