@Drnaline,
You are tired of him and his policies, why do you keep speaking for the country? If this forum is any indication of how the country feels, you are wrong. What scare tactics is he using on you, as far as i know he ain't running for any thing.

@Drnaline,
I'm not speaking for anyone.

If this forum was an indication of how voters feel you wouldn't be hearing as many positive comments about
Republican leadership.

In this forum of positives and negatives, you are rarely a positive. While the rest of us are mostly.
Really sounds like you are to me? The reason there is a question about repug leadership is because of the opposing side. It's hard to accomplish anything when a party keeps obstructing progress, guess who that would be? If he is a lame duck it is because of party partisanship.

Shall we ask how the voters feel? Take a poll? In any case i think i'm having problems understanding this statement. What does a forum indication have to do with hearing "many" positive comment about leadership?

@Drnaline,
You are hell bent on me being a spokesman for the Liberals. I am an Independent. There is a big difference. I have no loyalty for either party.

New England has a lot of Independents .Evidently you don't realize the difference.

"Liberals" aren't a political party, it's a view of the importance of historically
dominating traditions and institutions in deciding policy, along with
"conservative."

There is a place for both, a questioning in the validity of those institutions
and whether abandoning them is truly in the best interest of our society, in
an intelligent mind.

I regard you as a fellow intelligent mind, as I regard many conservatives
who make sense and sensible arguments... even if, as someone who tends
to be liberal, I often disagree.

As for Republicans and Democrats, it's no different than pulling for the
different sports teams a lot of the time. Do you evaluate that based on
an appraisal of who has the best minds and athletic talent, or loyalty to
a certain city or player?

Automatons? Please explain how opposing views of your viewpoint are somehow automatons.

Honestly, just trying to get a rise out of some of you, which seems to be all
many of you try to do to others around here. Either that or there's some
seriously silly minds at work.

Opposing viewpoints are fine, and VERY welcomed from me. Broad, stupid
characterizations... that's seems to be what most arguments are...

Anyone is welcomed to inform me of things I don't know, and to attempt to
change my viewpoint through means of reason. How else would I ever learn
anything.

Petty arguments about what "liberals" suposedly do and think aren't going to
pull that off.
