What is your take on the Jon Bennet case?

Charges were dropped today . I think the guy wanted a free ride home from Thailand . I also think he should be charged with whatever they can make stick , and should be liable for the expenses incurred . For what it is worth , I think a lot of it could have been avoided if the media was not so quick to hype up these things .
