Not braking the law has nothing to do with being legislated to do things a different way. Same thing is happening to the aircraft industry, to the oil companys and many others to long to list. Blame it on bureaucracy if you like. Congress is very willing to releave the oil industry of it's revenue. Something that is owned by private individuals who invested there hard earned money into some thing that for years was losing money. Have one block buster year and who steps up to take it away from you? Discrimination is a fine line too, they did not single out one specific site. They applied the law to all in the field. So i don't think that qualifys either. Maybe if the masses felt it was injustice you might get it to fly but i think if polled the majoity of this country would find it acceptable of what the government did? It may of been pushed and proded by bush but it took a consensuss to make it into law. If a bussiness is deemed immoral whether we like viewing it's content or not, this country if a large enough following is obtained can be outlawed. That is the way a republic works.
