Sorry, I totally forgot about that last one.
Fruor
means "I enjoy"
To say "to enjoy" in the sense of "for the purpose of enjoying", I'd use
ad fruendum
. I'd also let the "there" be understood.
Vita ad fruendum est.
or, if you want
Vita ad fruendum ibi est.
