Thanks. The one that happened about one year ago where four Canadians were killed while on a training exercise by an American fighter pilot(his excuse was that he thought he was under fire) in afganistan.

i'm not sure what happened in that case. i do remember reading about it and seing it on tv, but i don't know the final outcome.
