Depends on how right is right enough.

That means "I seek the evidence". Automated Latin translators generally
give you the first person singular active indicative. I think you want the
imperative.

Pete testimonium (If addressing one person)
Petite testimonium (If addressing more than one person)

Personally, I'd use quaere (or quaerite) since peto is usually used in the
sense of aiming at or striving for.
