I am confident that the following expression is very clear. But is the further improvement in gammar about it possible?

The impartiality in exams and in areas is a dilemma in matriculation.It is very difficult and influential to adjust the mark for the matriculation that is very much affected by various factors like politics,economics,culture,education,population,and employment,etc.The adjustment can not either be in pursuit of impartiality of exams or of areas.The only way out lies in the equal attention to both to achieve comparative impartiality in maximum.

@oristarA,
Actually, it isn't really clear, Ori. I suspect that may be due to direct dictionary translations from your mother tongue.

In the first sentence, what does "areas" mean? In sentence two, what does "influential" mean?

The impartiality in exams and in areas is a dilemma in matriculation. It is very difficult and influential to adjust the mark for the matriculation that is very much affected by various factors like politics, economics, culture, education, population and employment,etc.

The adjustment can not either be in pursuit of impartiality of exams or of areas.The only way out lies in the equal attention to both to achieve maximum comparative impartiality [in maximum].
