looking for my father richard lizama mendiola

hi..i'm maelyn mendiola...i'm from philippines and ive grown up there but now i live in israel with my mom named cecilia pangan-kaduri..
acctually...i'm looking for my father RICHARD L. Mendiola.he's from Hagatna,Guam!he was a police immigration in guam!by the way i am 14 yrs old now...
My mom and father were met in Guam...when my mom was working there...
and then my mom was pregnant'and that was me!
my mom wanted to go back in philippines to birth me there,then my father agree with that...he said that he will go next to the philippines.
but unfortunately..,that was not happenned...my father caught by the police because he shot the wrong person...so they brought him to prison a for years.so until now..i didn't met my father since when i was born...so now i have read some information about him...according to the federal bureau of prisons he has released alreadyin 2003..
i really want to meet my father,,,
