Switching Jobs: Going Outside of Your Training/Schooling

I am strong on math, but I think the vocab (which seems herculean for even the best read individuals) is where I'm going to have to invest a lot of time. I suspect that posters around A2K will see me using an expanding dictionary over the next few months .

I do it out of love.

It's a love of mischief, of course.

I take my GRE a week from today. In fact, I'll be in the test at this time. In other news, I'm applying for Fed jobs. This means trying to scale my skills and experience into the GS pay-scale. This has not been as easy as it would seem.
