1) fare reactions = ?
2) hot fashes = ?

Context:

No clinically signifcant fare reactions in response to the early testosterone rise have been reported.

The most common side effects were hot fashes and injection-site reactions.

I wonder if they are the results of misspelling:

1) fare reactions = flare reactions
2) hot fashes = hot flashes

Do you agree with me?

yes.

A flare reaction is a indicator of an allergy, sometimes called a flare response.

almost certainly a misspelling of ....hot FLASHES
