Bitch it out

Just now I read the magazine Metropolitan, in which there is a title "Bitch It Out". Its content includes "vent here". Well, I guess the title means "to vent like a bitch", or "to bombard".

Am I on the right track?

@oristarA,
One slang definition of "bitch" is to complain, the same for "vent". My guess is that "bitch it out" means complain loudly and get it out of your system.
