You have a trust in this recruiter so ask the questions that are bothering you. Lay your position on the table and she may be able to negotiate on the issues that trouble you. However; there is something comfortable about the feeling of tenure, vested interest, seniority, and the other perks that drive the attractive nature of your present position up. These same perks may be available at the other company. Check and See
