Is the sentence "we can achieve great things!" proper English?

Yes, the sentence is proper English.

However it is a very broad statement and does not speak to the needs of the patient.

How about:

Thank you for your confidence in us; we will do our very best to serve you. Our qualified staff and dentists can provide the best in professional dental care for you and your family. '
