These budding organizations help to provide counseling and syphilis testing to marginalized populations, and their approach has already been replicated in many regions of China that have a high burden of syphilis infection.5

marginalised = those who are outside mainstream society.
an example of a marginilised group in china might be the Uyghur people.
In a christian society muslims may be a marginilised group
Australian Aboriginal people are a marginilised group in Australia.
