Once upon a time when we were less people in my area it was not unusual to see an elk or two.
Our neighbour saw an elk on his property early one morning. He sneaked out to take a picture of this grand animal. The grand male certainly did not like to be disturbed at his breakfasttime - so he chased the neighbour up a tree and there he sat for rather a long time in his nightshirt
At least he got a picture. I have a copy. I would have preferred to have had a picture of the man in the tree and the elk below.
