@msolga,
You would understand Dys if you had a cat jumping into your lap every morning and purring so loud you can't watch TV. Cats are evil.

@Thomas,
Still not a good enough reason to hate them, Thomas!
You are cruel, too!

@Thomas,
The cat is clearly doing his/her best to strengthen Dys' bones. That is NOT evil.

@sozobe,
I just looked at that site, soz & by golly, everyone should have one! Very Happy

The vibration of a cat's purr can speed up the healing process not only for cats but for other animals as well. Research indicates that even humans can benefit.

Apart from that, I can vouch for the pick-me-up benefits of having a critter around, at all times! Smile

@dlowan,
That was the BEST cat vidos I have ever seen. I loved the dolphin video and the paw presser on another cat, all the others were great too. Thanks for posting.

Ms Olga, have you been to the beautiful animal thread lately? That always lifts my spirits at least a little.

@Philis,
Ah, the tried & true feline humour approach to peace & tranquility! Works a treat, doesn't it, Philis? Smile

I really feel I should say something about dys & cats. A bit of clarification, for anyone who might have actually believed he hates them:

He was lying. (Something he often does!)
He loves them & they love him.

In fact, he's a cat magnet!

But Thomas & cats..
hmmm ...

I'm not sure.

I await enlightenment on his real position on felines.

@littlek,
Me, too.

That's a wonderful thread, K, agreed.

Something like thousands of hits, from lots of addicted folk, obviously.

I will visit the animals in a moment. Always does me good. Thanks for the reminder, k. Smile

I had a lot of feline guests about 40 years ago.
