Need advice about my godfish!

I bought two goldfish about 2 months ago and now one of my goldfish is acting weird and have like red spots on it's body.. Is my goldfish sick or dying? I don't know what to do with it.. I just recently bought another goldfish so now there is 3 in total in the tank. My last question is should I remove the 2 goldfish?
