Family vs Friend

I don't know. I have four siblings (living). All of my relationships with my siblings are open and strong. I know they'd do anything they could do for me, just as I'd do anything I could do for them. But of the four, only my relationship with one is as close or closer than that I have with my closest friends.
She is one of my favorite people, and I wouldn't trade our growing up experiences with each other for the world, but I think what makes us close moreso than shared experience is the fact that our personalities mesh.

In my experience I've found that to be a more common occurrence with people who are not my siblings, because even though I have those growing up experiences with four other people - that doesn't trump the facets of personality that determine how close, understood, familiar and comfortable someone feels with someone else.

No i believe not so but i don't trust any of my siblings, because alot of them betrayed me
So just last year i started trusting abot 2 to 3 people
That are my very good friends now =D
But I believe i should stop sharing things with others, because i feel as i am a weak emotional being asking for a shoulder to lean on and just way too emotional
I am thinking of just shutting myself down completely only showing a saddened smile or frown ^-^

I figure some friendships can be closer, as almost by definition, siblings have rivalries. On the other hand, over time, I don't know about that. No data from me.
