Objective: If a patient wants to walk freely after total knee replacement,, the knee-bending angle for leg swing is 67 degrees, 80 degrees for going up stairs and 90 degrees for going down stairs, 93 degrees for standing up from a chair, and 106 degrees for tying shoelaces.

It's clear enough, but oddly specific for a patient who probably doesn't have the capability to measure EXACTLY 106 degrees.
It is not written as an objective.
Objective: When the goal is for the patient to walk freely after total knee replacement, the knee-bending angle for a leg swing should measure 67 degrees . . .
