I, and I'm sure many other members, access the forums from work, usually to relieve the boredom. In my own company, they have very sophisticated network monitoring software that lets them know if anyone is sending or receiving data which is unacceptable in the work place, e.g. sexual or vulgar. I suspect that someone has to have repeated violations before they consider it significant, but at my company I know of one case in which someone was fired for something like that, and in my last company a co-worker and friend of mine was fired for something like that. From time to time, I open threads here that have text which is very explicitly sexual or vulgar (swearing for instance). I don't want to limit creativity, but when you post, please keep in mind that some of us are accessing it at work. Thanks.
@Brandon9000,
hee hee hee. Now, put the money in a sack. Small bills. DO it and nobody gets canned, otherwise...
@Brandon9000,
brandon, I could get you in lots of trouble, but...
I usually do the tipper gore thing and drop a tvma symbol where you can see it.
if you have missed some of those, you might be in more trouble than you think.
Don't access A2K at work. Problem solved.

It's pretty clear that many, many members do, unless the site consists only of retirees. We're at work all day.

My work could care less about such things as long as my performance is unchanged.
Yay Academia!

@Brandon9000,
Stealing from his employer. Really, that's no big deal, Brandon. What's a bit of thievery compared to the active support you give to mass murder.
