I was born in New York City in the early 50s. I grew up in a suburb of New York City. Until her death in late 2004, my mother still lived there. I majored in one of the Physics in school and worked in it for some time, but then migrated into computer programming. I retired from software development a few years ago. I married for the first time in 2005. My wife is from Bulgaria. She has become a American citizen. My interests are movies, reading, science, nutrition/exercise, window shopping in large malls, the history of science, and early American history. Favorite musical genre: Rock oldies. I've lived in Florida since the late 1980s, but still feel at least as much like a New Yorker as like a Floridian. I am very fond of my home town and return for a visit every year or two. My wife loves my home town too and says that she would agree to move there in a heartbeat.
