Colbert is a God amongst media whores!

His and Stewart's humor is just so smart. It gives me hope. Even though the Sean Hannitys, Sarah Palins and Tom Delays of the world loom so large and seem to gather such forces behind them, when they are made to look as patently ridiculous as this, it actually gives me a little hope that the whole world hasn't gone batshit to hell.

Did anyone see Stephen Colbert on Professor Gates' program Faces? It is fascinating and required viewing for anyone who is Irish.

Sad that Hannity et. al. can't at least issue an "oops" on this one.

The thing that strikes me about Colbert is the wealth of material from which he has to choose. I'm sure he looks around, and says to himself: "Jeeze, where do i start?"
