Understood; I had to fire an employee who had to take time off for health-related reasons. He was doing his job very well when he was here, but it came to a point where he could only show up to work about 40% of the time I needed him there. This went on for months before I really had to do something about it.

And even if Bear does get fired from Walmart, at least he'll get healthcare for a few months beforehand. Get some stuff checked out.
