got to C2 this morning for the young peoples theater group, and they had forgot to unlock the building.

so after going back and waiting in the car, I locked my keys inside it for safe keeping...

having a GF pizza pie now. over to Josh's shop. in the warm office.

gonna make a spare key tomorrow...

long day...

worked the horsey show at the arena.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H_vwRtg1HHU

they had moved the call time up three hours, but apparently they forgot to tell the truck drivers. so we sat around all morning and got paid for it, and started unloading at about the original time.

lots of pretty horses and girls with nice butts. horse rider girls always have nice backsides...

off tomorrow (today) and then work the childrens theater on sunday. Pinocchio...

and I have a three day gig at the casino coming up. and Hair (the musical one)

now maybe money will free up a little bit soon...

@Rockhead,
Nice of you to turn the heat on for my little trip to Doo Dah, Rocky. Even so, it seems a bit chilly here. I think I'm getting accustomed to the AZ warm weather.

Loading up on Shocker gear while I'm here ...

long but productive day.

started out over to the salvage working on one of these...
http://www.auctionsamerica.com/images/lots/AS11/AS11_r114_01.jpg

then I went over to Josh's to help Patric replace his generator on the bus...
http://images.copart.com/website/data/pix/20101110/23086820_1X.JPG

and finished up helping assemble the engine compartment on the falcon...

and I am real close to finalizing a deal to move back into the big city next month.

a free 2 BR house and an extra-deep 2 car shop to use. in exchange for managing and revitalizing a nasty little trailer park in a bad neighborhood.

5 minutes from gram, and 7 from the arena.

tomorrow (today) is a lump day...

@Rockhead,
Love dem lump days. Can't picture you lumping. I have a feeling that your idea of lumping and my idea of lumping are two different lumps.

Great to hear about the move. I might end up worrying about the trailer park, but I'll save that for another day.

@edgarblythe,
this is a really clean little coupe. with an itty bitty 140 cid motor.

it was disassembled last summer, and now he's painting it for one of his employees. she sold her 2000s commuter car to drive this old box every day.

very old school, but with fresh custom paint, very dependable, economical, and cool...

I can prolly send you a facebook link when she posts it.

I also had a pickup that was the same body style as the Falcon in your picture. It was wore out when I got it. The '64 cost me $100 and I drove it for years, from Houston to Rhode Island. Only reason I lost it, my lil bro followed me in it a few blocks and he managed to run a stop sign and wreck it in that time.
