Thanks for the tutorial. I have an ImageShack toolbar for Firefox which I use to post photos. That should prevent any accidents.

I DID see the "mistake" - it was quite disgusting.

Seed says he posted pictures and what got posted on A2K was a mistake.

My question is: just what were we SUPPOSED to see?

I think you have to have seen the real one for that to have the same effect on you. Someone who had never seen it might not even get the ascii. But that wasn't what seed intended, which is what the question is in my opinion.

From what I remember it was a lion hugging a zebra, and another comic he wanted translated into English.

I have seen it before. I didn't see it on here, well because of reasons already stated. It doesn't really bother me, having seen much worse in war, but it was the fact that YOU ALL saw it, and that I was the cause of you all seeing it that made me upset.

Well, speaking for me, it was no problem. I've seen it before, and it's kind of an interesting photograph to me, because of the politics and all involved.

Let it go.

And we all learned something!!! I shall never be as complacent about posting images again.

I agree that the site should be using something else to deter people though. I can imagine a sensitive little kid seeing that and being quite traumatized.
