Do not be misled by the typo at the top of the page. The banner says he is running for Congress in 2010, when clearly he is running in 1998. Jesus. This is what happens when Paranoia and ADD have drunken bathroom-sex at a party hosted by Geocities. Which is not to say I'm not in awe. The best art deftly marries content and form, and Hutchins' politics match his website--both are manic and dated.

You'll be hearing a lot about George, I'm sure. If not from Captial Hill come 1998, then on the radio advertising hair plugs and diet pills.
