Does anyone know the alliterative two word term used by Private Eye magazine in the "Dear Bill" letters written by Denis Thatchet to Bill Deedes, to describe the House of Commons?

I read them all but can't remember.

Maybe it is "sinking ship" . Bill Deedes had used that expression.

Again, this month, I now know the answer. After a little bit of searching, somewhat ironically, I found it on my computer, courtesy of Google Desktop.

This month because I'm feeling generous I'm going to give you a hint as to how to find the answer (if it's not on your computer, that is). This will require effort (!) and knowledge of the wayback machine. If you search in the right place (I'd guess about 9 or 10 years back - but I don't know for certain) then you will find roughly the same question and thus the answer. Good luck.

Aren't there some precious people on this site. You ask for a bit of help and all you get is gobble de gook. I don't know the answer if I did I would give you a helpful clue. Good luck with the quiz.
