First off, I must make it perfectly clear. I am not part of any hate organization (Neo-Nazi, KKK, WP or any other related group/gang), have never committed any hate crimes (and never plan on it) and I have never been arrested/charged with any crime whatsoever. Those groups are going nowhere and are nothing more than some guys trying to get attention largely through violence and small pep rallies.

I must say, this intro was my favourite part of the post. I love how it starts out with a "Some of my best friends are black" apologist approach, and then dive-bombs into a "neo-Nazis and other racist groups are pussies, I'm the real deal" kind of wacky thinking. It warms the cockles of my heart to know that despite being a racist, nobody buff personally hates will suffer physical harm by their hands. However, I'll bet that conversations at the buff dinner table are very interesting indeed.

Hans,

When the conversation drifts, you have an excellent opportunity to go back and read all the postings that make up this long and rather tortuous thread.

@Craven de Kere,
well he did create the volkswagen, and improved the infrastructure and standard of living for the german nation. Objectively speaking, germany was devastated after ww1,after all they were forced to pay for war damages and give up most of their territories (at one point the german currency was so worthless it was used as fuel) and Hitler repaired the damages done to Germany. In my opinion the whole jew thing was to unite all the german nation under the notion of a superior race that caused nationalism and promoted the germans to fight together, beside he rested all the blame of the damage to Germany on the jew so they had who to blame for their misery thus increasing their morale. All I am trying to say that eventhough he was a monster who killed several million people he had the glory of germany as his objective from start to finish and he is seen so boldly because the allies won

This question came to me after reading this (7th paragraph) and I have yet to make up my mind about this.

Let me know what you think. Of course, this is in NO way a justification of anything Hitler did.
I am just wondering if his evil could have left a positive legacy.

Hitler caused the need of defense from his predatory efforts.
This resulted in a lot of valuable Research and Development
that benefited our technology in many different and very significant ways.

@OmSigDAVID,
Laughing The US inherited their top rocket scientists including Werner Von Braun and we all know where that has lead, starting with the fact that it could easily be doubted that we would have made it to the moon in the late Sixties. That's not what Hitler had in mind.

True.
For getting to the Moon in the 1960s,
we have to thank the unfortunate pro-freedom Cubans
whom Kennedy stabbed in the back, in the middle of combat.
To distract attention from his shame,
he promoted the Space Program to the Moon.

@Steve 41oo,
Sorry to say this , but Hitler was a very good man. I don't worship him , but his people loved him. I do admire him very much.
