Grinding teeth

So I have a boxer named Baby. She is about 6 or 7 years old. She has recently when laying down going to sleep started to grind her teeth.

Would getting her a rawhide bone or something a big harder to chew on help with this?

Not sure why she is doing it. Any thoughts on why and what to do?
