Do you Drive a EUCLID? Man you are damn lucky that you had your belts on.
Tomorrow you will be able to feel every bone and muscle in your body. The next few days will be the worst and then itll slowly subside. (the pain and ****). The stiffness will last a bit longer.
Lots of mint tea and change position every so often when recuping . DOnt just lay in one spot or on one side, thatll cause you to favor one side over another.
