I don't get well about "Hell frozen over. The hangover to end all hangovers. Pigs flying".
Would you like to explain it for me?

Context:
Saints, Colts fans celebrate victories

NEW ORLEANS " Hell frozen over. The hangover to end all hangovers. Pigs flying.
The New Orleans Saints' victory Sunday night over the Minnesota Vikings" and the late-night revelry it sparked here " was described Monday in a litany of ways by fans, who woke up in stunned disbelief that the Saints are headed to the Super Bowl.

In a city still struggling to rebuild from the disastrous floods of Hurricane Katrina four years ago, the victory was particularly poignant, said Lt. Gov. Mitch Landrieu, who attended the game.

@oristarA,
The phrases you note all describe impossible things.

The saints winning is humourously referred to as a thing assumed to be similarly impossible that has come true.

Yes, well, two of the expressions are similiar in that they describe extremely unlikely events. They are in common use.
Hell, if there is such a place, is full of fire and is not likely to ever freeze.
Pigs, whatever efforts they or their masters make, are not likely to ever be seen soaring through the sky.

The New Orleans Saints were not favored to win it's game against the Vikings. The writer is expressing the incredulity, the shock and dis-belief of the fans, and the joy, at their good fortune to have won the game. They will now be in the Championship Game, the Super Bowl.

The hangover? A hangover is a condition you get when you drink too much alcohol. The 'hangover to end all hangovers' is a way of saying that the fans in New Orleans celebrated as much as they could and then some more. They now have the biggest hangover possible, but they are happy to have it.

@Joe Nation,
They were favored. They were the #1 seed in the conference (Vikings were #2) and most predictions were for the Saints to win. It's less about this specific game than about the fact that the Saints actually made it to the Super Bowl for the first time ever. Many years of trying, but this is the first time they've succeeded.
