Healthy-Oh’s breakfast cereal is one-of-kinda good for you! Among breakfast cereals,
only Healthy-Oh’s has five grams of psyllium fiber. Psyllium fiber is good for your heart and helps you to lose weight. Doctors and nutritionists recommend at least twenty grams of fiber per day, so why not get twenty-five percent of your fiber the easy way with Healthy-Oh’s cereal?

I don't get the connection of saying why not get twenty-five percent of your fiber ? what is so special about 25% ?

I don't get this part .

There is nothing special about 25%. The point is that you need to get a certain amount of fiber every day to assure good health, and this manufacturer claims that you can get a significant portion of that fiber by eating their food. Whether or not this is true, i couldn't say. Since they don't tell you how much fiber their cereal provides, nor how much one needs each day, the claim is unsubstantiated.

The significance of twenty-five percent is that it is the percentage of the daily requirement of psyllium fibre (UK spelling) contained in one (size unspecified) serving of Healthy-Ohs.

@Setanta,
I know of a few politicians that could use some more fiber.

And a brain, too.

I could while away the hours
Conferrin' with the flowers
Consultin' with the rain
And my head i'd be scratchin'
While my thoughts were busy hatchin'
If i only had a brain . . .
