And the seperate building building in front of them is the Works Office and that still has some of the old accounts on display. This is a short description by a tour guide, what does "some of the old accounts on display" mean?

It means thay are showing some of the old accounts.

it can mean a lot of things. Depending on what kind of building it is. Say it was an advertising firm, it could be story boards of some of their old ads. Or something along the lines of some buildings that maybe an architect firm built.

It means that the old accounting ledgers and documents showing dates and transactions are displayed open at various pages, probably in a glass case.
Work done for previous customers, perhaps in displays. It shows what this company can do.
